Job Description
* Responsible for consistently achieving and exceeding established district level sales and profitability goals
* Monitor key account sales activity on a weekly basis and take proactive steps to maintain sales momentum.
* Drive positive sales by maintaining productive relationships with current accounts by conducting regular sales calls to present new products and service and ensure billing is accurate
* Generate sales leads or foster previously identified leads into new accounts.
* Facilitate research on product availability and pricing for customer satisfaction and company profitability
* Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures by maintaining files and sales records for the B.I.G. program
* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to ensure needs of the customer are being met.
* Ensure all corporate sales meet the company s pricing and profit requirements.
* Stay abreast of the best-selling products and be familiar with popular local trends
* Be familiar with all competitor sales, marketing, and pricing strategies
* Ensure DM awareness of sales activities, sales in the pipeline, account management, etc., on a weekly basis.
* Participate and attend events / meetings as directed by the District Manager
* Other tasks as assigned by the District Manager to support Corporate Sales related functions
Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in sales through consistently achieving sales quotas for at least 2 years
* Commitment to superior customer service
* A demonstrated ability to be highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision
* Ability to develop immediate rapport and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and internal partners
* Strong detail orientation, organizational and time management skills.
* Flexibility and creative problem solving ability
* Experience successfully communicating oral and written messages to small and large audiences.
* Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced
* Appreciation and respect for the diversity of all individuals in the workplace
* Commitment to the Company s mission statement
* Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or Liberal Arts preferred
