DISTRICT MANAGER

* B.A. / B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field required
* Three or more years of experience in Field sales or in the beverage industry or other consumer products industry
* Thorough knowledge of ABI sales and marketing strategies, procedures, sales tools, organization and WEA
* Effective communication, administrative, follow up and organizational skills
* Advance computer software profiency ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point )

Primary Responsibilities

* Personal commitment to grow sales and market share in the district
* Align wholesalers focus to the national initiatives, region business plan strategies and objectives
* Conduct monthly WPR reviews with wholesalers to close the GAAPs on key targets, monitor and track performance of KPIs
* Work with wholesalers on compliance with WEA and AOE performance
* Monitor the execution of MVP along with other sales and marketing programs at retail
* Monitor PTR / PTC actions and bring forward any pricing issues / opportunities
* Coordinate Geo Mktg and KAM activites in sales area and communication with wholesalers to ensure flawless execution

Salary: $70810-88512 Yearly
