Role Synopsis

At Baker Hughes, this position is responsible for providing solutions at the well site by taking into consideration and reviewing a variety of factors. Working under general supervision, this position will rely on hands on experience and classroom based training.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Under general supervision, provide resolution to problems of moderately complex scope at the well site where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Exercise judgment to determine the appropriate action at the well site by relying upon hands on experience and classroom based training of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

Recognize the operational status of field equipment at the well site and maintain it when appropriate.

Execute other related duties as assigned.

Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Industry experience and product line training required.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

Two year Technical Degree preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.

Successful completion of advanced technical training and assigned wellsite development programs.

Good mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work well and communicate well with others.
