    Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking an enthusiastic individual to deliver compassionate care, assistance, and therapeutic services to clients to help them create meaningful lives and become integrated into their communities.

    The successful candidate will work with the care team to guide clients and their families as they learn and develop healthy behaviors, emotional stability, effective communication, and develop support networks

    • Evaluates and assesses clients for symptomatic, behavioral, social, and environmental barriers to independent living

    • Teaches and models healthy behaviors and mechanisms such as anger management, emotional coping, and problem solving to help clients

    • Provides immediate intervention in crisis situations and referral to necessary and appropriate care and treatment

    • Works with clients to develop the skills needed to self-manage psychiatric symptoms and behaviors

    • Effectively demonstrate Mandt de-escalation techniques to assist clients

    • Implement treatment plans as outlined by care team and directed by Lead Coordinator or Therapist

    • Attend treatment plan meetings, staff meetings, and other meetings as directed


    • High school Diploma or a GED

    • Experience working with youth with a SED diagnosis preferred

    • Passion for working with children
