Job Description
As a member of the Consumer Products Transformation team, the Senior Advisor, GTM Strategy and Business operations, you will have the responsibility of owning the strategic plan for go to market for a consumer health product and for executing to the plan. Key responsibilities include go to market planning, driving adoption in multichannels, B2B and B2C marketing and sales planning, 3rd party relationship and program development, pilot tests, product launch, operations and key performance monitoring .

The role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams of colleagues, including analysts, marketing, business development, clinical operations, and legal experts, among others.
This work will require significant executive presence, presentation creation and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority.

Primary duties:
* Support the strategic go to market roadmap
* Establish product in market value prop and positioning.
* Support partner program
* Support B2B and B2C GTM channel programs
* Establish go to market plan for new product development.
* Collaborate with marketing partners to establish marketing and branding for new products.
* Collaborate with digital teams on adoption channel capabilities.
* Structure and evaluate pilot outcomes.
* Develop and drive teams to operational readiness plans for launch.
* Establish with Analytics key KPIs to monitor in market success and manage ongoing monitoring of product performance for opitimization of sales.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of work experience go to market execution and operations in product management

Preferred Qualifications
B2B and B2C marketing and sales planning.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and tactical problem solver with a "hands-on" orientation, who understands what it takes to drive real operating change, can create a sense of urgency, make decisions quickly, and effectively influence others. The candidate must have the drive and ability to help develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to identify practical and meaningful business improvement opportunities, and to define and implement go to market solutions and stand up operations.

* Structured and logical thinking with the ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.
* Highly skilled with common analytics and communications software - primarily Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau experience is a plus).

Bachelor's required; Master's preferred.
